- Product development starts with selection of raw materials in conjunction with a chemical manufacturing company, and we produce lightweight, highly rigid, highly heat resistant (100–150°C) diaphragms by laminating foam or other core material using ultrathin aluminum foil and adhesive.
These products are commonly used as speaker diaphragms in handheld electronic devices.
We supply on demand, starting with 11 × 15 mm sizes.
Core material: 0.10–0.40 mm
Aluminum foil: 6.5–15 μm
Adhesive layer: 9–50 μm
